This 5-Day Meditation Launch Pad, is an invitation to turn towards your inner sanctuary amidst the chaos and fast-paced nature of modern life. The program is designed to support busy professionals, parents/caregivers and the spiritually inclined who have struggled to integrate a meditation practice into their daily routine and feel short on space, time and presence amongst the demands of our exponentially accelerating scenario.
Program Overview:
Over five days, you'll receive a new meditation practice via email, along with contemplations to consider. Each semi-guided journey is designed to deepen your connection with yourself and fill your cup with space to just be. My intention isn’t to guide you all the way but rather to equip you with processes and the space to give you that rolling start into a deeper relationship with yourself and your practice. By beginning to dedicate just a few minutes each day to sit in stillness, you will have the runway needed to take off into your new meditation routine!

feel ready and willing to introduce a catalyst for mindful change into your life.
have had an existing meditation practice but have failed to keep it going.
are new to meditation and want to get off to a strong start.
know you need more time and space for yourself.
Take-Off Instructions
1. Set a predetermined time of day to engage with the daily practices and commit to the entire 5-day period (or longer) by writing down your intention, telling a friend or loved one, or sending me an email.
2. Allow a minimum of 10 minutes, but feel free to extend if possible.
3. In advance, prepare a clean, quiet, distraction-free space to meditate within.
4. Nature is a great option if available.
5. Open the emails you’ll receive and follow the guided videos, which include preparatory practices followed by a 10-minute guided meditation.
6. Consider extending your meditation for an additional 5-10 minutes after the video ends.
7. Spend 5 minutes journaling about each experience afterwards.
Consistency is key here! You are strongly encouraged to commit to all five days of the program to experience the full benefits of this mini mindfulness booster.
