This offering works on a monthly retainer basis. Retainer Fee: $550 AUD per month

Includes 4 one-on-one sessions
(50 minutes each, via Zoom)

With a blend of meditation training, guided visualizations, presence work, breathwork, and embodiment practices, I provide a safe and supportive space for your transformative inner journey to unfold.

Yes, we'll aim to cultivate focused attention, calm anxiety, and foster resilience amidst life's challenges. What we’ll do that’s different from other approaches though is experiment with different styles of meditation to see what fits your unique self, lifestyle and challenges best.

You’ll be invited into co-creating your own foundational presence based practice intended to bring about a renewed sense of commitment, consistency and depth.

  • You experience stress and feel completely overwhelmed by the fast-paced nature of modern society. You are seeking tools and support to cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and inner peace.

  • You have tried to start or maintain a consistent meditation habit but it hasn’t worked out.

  • You feel overwhelmed, overly distracted and all over the place and you have the intention of recentering yourself in a grounded and effective manner.


This is not for you if…

  • This program is unlike others where you simply consume content at your own pace. It requires a deep level of commitment and active participation from you. It's essential that you're prepared to take full responsibility for your own well-being and are willing to show up with dedication and intentionality.

    If you're someone who tends to blame external circumstances or others for your current situation, or if you're not ready to fully engage in the process of self-care and personal growth, then this program may not be the right fit for you. We'll be working closely together, and it's crucial that you're willing to slow down, be present, and take ownership of your journey.
